- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible experience. Appointment set up with Dr.'s scheduler, including insurance information. Receptionist didn't recognize insurance, I never received pre-appointment paperwork. After going back and forth for several minutes, I cancelled appointment and left. It's NOT worth the stress of dealing with the incompetence. Was so upset an hour later, my bp was high (had another appointment in same building). That doctor's office had same information and had insurance right.June 24, 2017by M. Purnell
